Engineering

We are engineers.  We have been the ones faced with seemingly impossible schedules.  We have worked with out of date equipment or software.  We're the ones you hear complaining when all you need is action.

Ultimately, we are the ones that design and develop your products, your services, your processes.  We want to help you be successful, but often we don't know how.

The Method knows how.

We have recruited and hired hundreds of engineers and technicians.  We have managed regionally and globally diverse teams, we've utilized offshore talent,  and we have developed world-class training programs and standardized processes to achieve what some thought was impossible.

Call on us to help improve the organization of your team, manage their schedules, or just train them on how to get more done in the time allotted.

Quality

It is the degree of excellence of something, but also so much more.

Quality Management on the Mechanism of Metal Gears.-1

Quality Assurance

Assuring that your processes lead to the production of high quality products - products that you are proud to ship to your customers.  This takes effort, but is achievable in any organization.

Process Definition

Gourmet meals require a recipe and planning.  High quality products should require no less.

It's important to develop the processes that ensure defects are not passed on to your customer - and eventually are not even passed on to the next process.  Getting to this level requires planning and a process (recipe).  If you are ISO certified, you should be halfway there, but certification is not a requirement, or guarantee.

Supplier Development

Most companies rely on suppliers to provide material and / or component parts that become part of your final product.  You expect a perfect product from them every time, but that is not guaranteed.  When you see that they're struggling, it in your best interest to reach out and offer help.
We learned from one of the best in the world and understand the process of reducing defects - both in your organization and at your suppliers.

Operations

The teams that keep your business running every day.

  • Procurement

It is no longer about just ordering a part number.  Procurement needs to work closely with Quality Assurance to develop strong, long-term relationships with the right suppliers.  You pay a lot for the parts and services you receive.  Make sure the exchange is always a WIN-WIN.

  • Shipping & Receiving

What comes in, must go out.  Make sure that materials and finished goods flow smoothly in both directions.  We have operated, worked with, and worked for the transportation companies that you entrust with your goods.  Let us help make sure you get the value you expect.

  • Service & Installation

Besides your Sales team, the members of your Service and Installation teams are the face of your company to your customers.  It is imperative that they be well-trained, organized, and in sync with your business goals.

While there, he managed the growth of the team, facilities, and processes to support the rapid growth targets set by the private equity ownership. David has also held senior roles at Toyota and Rockwell Automation – overseeing design engineering, quality, warranty, applications engineering, and new product development."
