It's not always easy - but it's always worth it!

Do you wait until the car breaks down to maintain it?

Do you wait until your bank account is empty to identify new income streams?

I expect that the answer to both of those is, "no!".

So why are you waiting to maintain your business operations?  Likely there are already parts that are broken or definitely not working as efficiently as they should be.

Is there overall good morale within your teams?  Are your operations running smoothly - or do you often have to get involved and push and prod to get the results you need and expect?

You're the top leader.  You should not be at the front line fighting the fight...actually, there shouldn't be a fight.  Your team (your army) should just know what to do and have the tools (and motivation) to do it.

Your job is to set the direction for the company.  You're the captain of the ship...the general of the army.  No disrespect intended, but if you need to be on the front line...you're not doing very well.

Help Is Available

There is no shame in asking for help - in fact, it's much better to ask for help than to fail because you were protecting your pride.  No one has all of the answers.  We all need to ask for help and when we do, we should ask those that have the knowledge and experience in the subject matter that we're lacking in.

That's where The Method Solutions can help.  We are your advisor.  Your sous chef.  Your Integrator.

  • We work directly with you to understand your vision and what areas of your business you feel are falling short.  Then we get to work.
  • We investigate the suspect areas (and probably some others as well).
  • We dig deep into the data.
  • We interview the members of those teams and 'go and see' for ourselves.
  • Then we'll develop a summary of what we've seen AND a proposal on how to correct the issues to get the operation inline with your expectations.
How we help
  • automating processes
  • documenting how work should be done (to ensure it's done consistently)
  • training individuals who's skills are lacking
  • developing succession plans to ensure operations continue to run smoothly for many years to come
  • develop meaningful KPI's (key performance indicators) so you can track the status and progress at any time
We can be as involved or as hands-off as you would like.

What sets us apart:

  • Expertise in engineering, quality, and operations (at small and large companies, local, regional, and global)
  • Hands-on approach to uncover and solve inefficiencies
  • Customized plans tailored to your vision
  • Long-term support to ensure sustainable success

It all starts with just a phone call.  30-60 minutes of your day to get started on the most important improvement project your company has ever undertaken.  And that call will not cost you a dime.
